What is MUSICORE?

Who can join MUSICORE programs?
MUSICORE is open to homeschoolers and Miami-Dade County Public Schools students in grades 2-8.
Do students need prior music experience?
No. MUSICORE is designed for beginners and students at all skill levels. We focus on learning, creativity, and growth rather than prior experience.
What music activities does MUSICORE offer?
Programs may include bucket drumming, group music workshops, ensemble experiences, introductory instrument learning, and other activities as the program grows.
Is MUSICORE free?
Many programs are free or low-cost thanks to volunteers and community support. When fees are needed, MUSICORE keeps them as minimal as possible.
